LandWatch Awarded Two Grants For Our Rivers Conservation Program!

In the coming years, many important policy decisions will be made that will impact the Deschutes River forever. That's why we've launched Upper Deschutes River Initiative to assure that the state and federal policy, planning, and permitting processes currently underway in the Deschutes Basin result in good outcomes for the river. And we have some big news!

The Burning Foundation has granted LandWatch $15,000 and The Bella Vista Foundation has granted $40,000 to reverse the trend of degradation caused by wasteful irrigation practices, and restore the River’s proper function.
