This month, irrigation districts submitted a Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service. Come learn about the plan, how it fails to address the challenges facing the River, and what you can do to help change the course of the Deschutes River Basin forever.
